Do you work with businesses outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. WDX works with clients remotely across the US. Most engagements are fully remote. For complex infrastructure work that benefits from on-site time, travel can be arranged and is scoped into the project cost.
What is the minimum engagement size?
WDX has a $1,500 minimum engagement. Most projects start with an Operational Systems Assessment ($2,000) or an AI Readiness Consultation ($1,500), which produce a clear deliverable and give both parties a low-risk way to work together before committing to larger implementation work.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Assessment engagements typically complete in 1 to 2 weeks. Implementation projects vary by scope and are defined explicitly before work begins. WDX does not start work without a timeline in the service agreement.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?
Yes. WDX offers ongoing technical partnership engagements for organizations that want fractional systems engineering without a full-time hire. These are scoped as retainer agreements.
We already have an IT team. Can WDX still help?
Often yes. WDX frequently works alongside internal IT teams, filling gaps in systems architecture, AI integration, or security design that generalist IT staff aren’t focused on. The discovery call is the right place to figure out if there’s a fit.
What if I just need a website?
WDX does not take standalone website projects. If your challenge is primarily a website, there are better-fit agencies for that work. If the website is one piece of a larger systems or infrastructure problem, that’s a different conversation.
